Had two castles delivered today and must say the service has been fantastic from a brief enquiry last year to delivery has been absolutely seamless - messages answered with in the hour if not immediately - delivery on time even with roughly a 2 month lead time ( they are busy for a reason) quality fantastic - value very fair I think - uk made It’s only right that I share my experience of dealing with this company as credit where it is due Thank you Top job

Stunning castle wow. i have a castle built by pro castles and i have to say the build quality and the bounce on the bed is second to none , great gloss finish, If you are new to hiring out castles and are wary of making a wrong purchase, you would be safe to buy a pro castle unit and without vat !! A great price .

I can't recommend Pro castles enough! from start to finish the communication was spot on, Paul made the castles exactly like we described and kept us updated along the build process. There was a minor issue with the transport company which Paul dealt with and again kepted us updated, Paul then upgraded our delivery to a pre 12 weekend slot to make sure we received the castles as soon as possible! I would 100% recommend Paul and I'm sure we will be buying more castles in the future!!

I ordered 2 small 10x10 disco ready units from Pro Castles and I have to say the quality is very good and the service was excellent. I will be using them for future additions to our fleet of units. Thank you for all your help and we got there at the end with this invisible boarder lol.
