Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty

All inflatables supplied by Pro Castles Limited come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty covering all workmanship, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

2. Deposits and Holding Fees

A holding fee (deposit) is required to secure a production date in our schedule. All holding fees are non-refundable. However, these may be transferred as credit towards other inflatable products, excluding raffles.

3. Ownership

All products remain the property of Pro Castles Limited until full payment is received. No product may be collected, delivered, or used until payment has been made in full.

4. Payment Terms

All products must be paid for in full within 7 days of completion. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Pro Castles Limited reserves the right to resell any unpaid products and reschedule or cancel the original order as appropriate.
