I can't recommend Pro castles enough! from start to finish the communication was spot on, Paul made the castles exactly like we described and kept us updated along the build process. There was a minor issue with the transport company which Paul dealt with and again kepted us updated, Paul then upgraded our delivery to a pre 12 weekend slot to make sure we received the castles as soon as possible! I would 100% recommend Paul and I'm sure we will be buying more castles in the future!!

Had two castles delivered today and must say the service has been fantastic from a brief enquiry last year to delivery has been absolutely seamless - messages answered with in the hour if not immediately - delivery on time even with roughly a 2 month lead time ( they are busy for a reason) quality fantastic - value very fair I think - uk made Its only right that I share my experience of dealing with this company as credit where it is due Thank you Top job

Had custom artwork done by pro castles and I had a very strict deadline - pro castles was absolutely amazing helped me redesign my custom artwork, kept in amazing contact whenever I was worried with time and had it out and delivered as quickly as possible!
