I cannot thank ProCastles enough. I approached them with my own design ideas for a castle, and they have gone above and beyond to create the castle I wanted. Their communication is second to none - I received regular updates and photos, and the castle was made in exactly the timeframe they said it would be. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and their workmanship is 5*. Leaders in their field, I shall definitely be ordering more. Thank you so much guys, you are a credit to the industry.

Had two castles delivered today and must say the service has been fantastic from a brief enquiry last year to delivery has been absolutely seamless - messages answered with in the hour if not immediately - delivery on time even with roughly a 2 month lead time ( they are busy for a reason) quality fantastic - value very fair I think - uk made Its only right that I share my experience of dealing with this company as credit where it is due Thank you Top job

I can't recommend Pro castles enough! from start to finish the communication was spot on, Paul made the castles exactly like we described and kept us updated along the build process. There was a minor issue with the transport company which Paul dealt with and again kepted us updated, Paul then upgraded our delivery to a pre 12 weekend slot to make sure we received the castles as soon as possible! I would 100% recommend Paul and I'm sure we will be buying more castles in the future!!

On my 4th order with Pro now and love the castles along with the cinema set up we have received. Nothing is to much to ask for and Paul will help you and support you to make designs and talk you through the process etc... The workmanship that goes into them is amazing from the deepness of the bed down to the way the back walls are fitted into the shape of the castle itself. Stress points are to the bare minimum with none actually visible and love how the extentions are threaded through the castle so no loose extentions at the back again great health and saftey feature. about to receive my next castle and can't wait. Will be continuing to order until my fleet is were I want it to be.
