Paul listened to what I required then used his magic wand Result was a very happy customer , Paul took my request even further adding colour matched velcro strips to blend into the stunning party themed artwork matching it to both front pillars Made the slide as steep as he could and increased the wall heights to match my anticipated user heights 100% quality with great customer service and kept to completion time.

I can't recommend Pro castles enough! from start to finish the communication was spot on, Paul made the castles exactly like we described and kept us updated along the build process. There was a minor issue with the transport company which Paul dealt with and again kepted us updated, Paul then upgraded our delivery to a pre 12 weekend slot to make sure we received the castles as soon as possible! I would 100% recommend Paul and I'm sure we will be buying more castles in the future!!

I cannot thank ProCastles enough. I approached them with my own design ideas for a castle, and they have gone above and beyond to create the castle I wanted. Their communication is second to none - I received regular updates and photos, and the castle was made in exactly the timeframe they said it would be. Stunning castle wow. i have a castle built by pro castles and i have to say the build quality and the bounce on the bed is second to none , great gloss finish, If you are new to hiring out castles and are wary of making a wrong purchase, you would be safe to buy a pro castle unit and without vat !! A great price .
